1. Eligibility

OddsAssassin enforces a strict single-session access policy. Only one device may be logged into your account at any given time. If a second device logs in using your credentials, the first session will be automatically terminated. This policy exists to prevent unauthorized credential sharing and protect the value of our content for legitimate purchasers.

Any attempt to circumvent this policy, share login credentials, or distribute access to unpurchased users constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent account suspension without refund.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed exclusively through cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. By initiating a purchase, you acknowledge:

• The course price is displayed in USD equivalent and paid in your selected cryptocurrency
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature once confirmed on the blockchain
• All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances
• Access to course content is granted automatically upon blockchain confirmation of your payment

5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All course content, including but not limited to text, video, images, code, and proprietary methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of OddsAssassin. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content for personal educational use only. You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course content in any form
• Screenshot, screen-record, or otherwise capture course material
• Share, resell, or sublicense your access to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any watermarks, copyright notices, or proprietary markings
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract content from the Platform

All course content is embedded with invisible digital watermarks uniquely tied to your account. If leaked content is traced back to your account through watermark identification, your account will be permanently banned without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue additional legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account, without prior notice or refund, if you:

• Violate any of these Terms of Service
• Share your credentials or facilitate unauthorized access
• Redistribute, leak, or pirate any course content
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior on the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Platform's security systems

Support is provided exclusively through our internal ticketing system accessible from your account dashboard. We aim to respond to all support tickets within 48 hours. Email notifications regarding ticket updates are sent via our automated Resend integration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
